1. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for certain plans — a 14-day trial — so you can evaluate TrackSure before subscribing.
Details of any trial (duration, included features) are shown on the Pricing or checkout page.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, unless cancelled.
- You can cancel renewal at any time from your account or via our billing provider.
- Cancelling stops future charges but does not automatically provide a refund for past charges, except as described below.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 First-time Purchases
For first-time purchases of a paid TrackSure plan, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date.
To request a refund:
- Contact us at billing@tracksure.cloud with your account email and order details; and
- Provide a brief explanation so we can improve the product (optional but appreciated).
If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, subject to payment provider timelines.
3.2 Renewals
Refunds for renewal payments are generally not provided, because subscriptions are clearly labeled as recurring and you can cancel future renewals at any time before the renewal date.
In exceptional cases (e.g., accidental renewal, technical issues), we may consider a partial or full refund at our discretion if requested within 14 days of the renewal.
3.3 Lifetime Licenses (if applicable)
If we offer lifetime plans, refund terms will be displayed at checkout. Typically, lifetime purchases follow the same 14-day money-back guarantee as first-time subscriptions.
4. No Refunds for:
- Misuse or misconfiguration of TrackSure not caused by us.
- Failure to cancel before renewal when we have provided reasonable notice.
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Third-party costs such as platform fees (e.g., Meta, Google) incurred due to your campaigns.
5. Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your TrackSure account;
- Navigate to the billing or subscription section;
- Follow the instructions to cancel, or reach out to support@tracksure.cloud for help.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period;
- Your access to premium features will then be downgraded or disabled;
- We may retain certain billing and account data for legal and accounting purposes.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will apply to new purchases. For existing subscribers, we will provide notice where required by law.
